After 2 years of operational hold due to the aftermath covid-19 pandemic, Dialogue in the Dark India is excited to relaunch. This new DID center which is coming up in a very prime location of Mumbai, is an out-an-out social impact-oriented experience center. Dialogue in the Dark Mumbai will host the exhibition and workshop experiences with the primary focus on sensitizing the general public, educational institutions, trade & industry bodies, corporate organizations and their employees at all levels.
“We strongly feel this will empower every employee of an organization with the much-needed skills & tools to practically demonstrate inclusion skills when it comes to interacting with people with disabilities on a daily basis.”, says SV Krishnan, founder if DiD Mumbai. “This 'bottoms-up' approach of sensitization will be a game-changer in the disability, diversity & inclusion space of corporate India.”
Prior to Covid-19 pandemic, Dialogue in the Dark India had sensitized 500,000 visitors and over 1,000 corporates, which in turn created more than 4,000 jobs for people with disabilities in India. Aim of DID India 2.0’s mission is to create at least a million pledges for jobs for PwDs by 2030, and to contribut with this to the SDG 2030 Goal which says “LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND”
