Dialogue in the Dark is a sensory exhibition set in total darkness, designed to enlighten the public and raise awareness of visually impaired and blindness. Dialogue in the Dark pushes you out of the comfort zone orienting you to a world without pictures. Participants wander through a simulation of London settings in complete darkness.
Founded in 1988, the Dialogue in the Dark exhibition has toured major cities around the world. The London edition is designed to replicate a person with low vision’s experience in traveling in the heart of East London - Hackney.
Each experience is facilitated by an expert guide with low vision or blindness and includes a candid Q&A session on conclusion.
