A concept called “Dialogue Nights” was introduced last March 27th by Dialogue in the Dark Monterrey. Three blind speakers developed a series of short 15-minutes talks to be presented in the dark. The motto of the event was: “Dialogue what matters.” The idea was to share useful and introspective talks from the non-visual perspective which can be relatable with everyone due to the choice of topics involving capacity to adapt to change, the role of our family in crisis, and how to build trust in society. Drinks and snacks were served in the dark for the public who attended these talks and a blind pianist added live music to the experience.
