"4 Senses Challenge" Encourages Job Inclusion

DiD India challenges business workshops participants in the name of inclusion.

Dialogue in the Dark India has created the 4 senses challenge, a compact intense sensitizing 60-minutes experiential program in the
dark. The concept was developed for Tata Steel and presented in Kolkata and Jamshedpur for 200 employees who went through a series of
task in the dark to challenge their remaining 4 senses. A final Dialogue in the light where blind facilitators and Tata Steel’s employees shared about disability and job inclusion of blind people was the closing activity of the program. The aim of this challenge is to promote the employment of blind people by sensitizing companies to the real skills of blind people and to the real limitations faced by people with disability.
