The mission of Dialogue Social Enterprise is to facilitate the social inclusion of marginalized people on a global basis.

Our goal is to raise awareness and create tolerance for Otherness in the general public, overcoming barriers between “us” and “them”. We create jobs for people with disabilities by turning their apparent deficits into potential, thereby strengthening their self-esteem and changing the mindsets of others.

We believe that accomplishing our mission will lead to significant, sustainable improvement of marginalized people’s situations throughout the world. To achieve this aim, we run exhibitions and conduct business workshops and trainings. We use the powerful medium of darkness (www.dialogue-in-the-dark.com) and silence (www.dialogue-in-silence.com) where competent blind and deaf guides and trainers help participants experience these very different and intense programmes that have elicited positive response and feedback on a global basis for over two decades.
